Fella Makafui apprehended over sales of unregistered products.

Fella Precious Makafui, known popularly as Fella Makafui has been arrested over sales of unregistered products.

The actress who doubles as an entrepreneur was arrested today after half a year of meticulous investigations.

Fella, in the past couple of years has been promoting female products which she claims to make women prettier and more appealing.

These products include but not limited to; Fertility tea, Butt and hips enlargement syrup, Butt and hips enlargement oil, Booty cream and Booty scrub.

Few days ago, Medikal, Fella Makafuis’ husband came out to give accounts of how he gave her money to undergo surgery in order to get the shape she has now.

This revelation among others came when the then couples separated. This made people start to question the truth in Fellas’ products which she claimed helped her get her shape.

The investigative team, headed by Akwasi Koranteng in the press release cited on social media claim they had been closely following Fellas’ TikTok and Instagram account for six months and gathered evidence on her illegal activities.

These illegal activities cited in the press release are:

- Selling unregistered drugs.

- False advertising.

- Publishing unapproved adverts by the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA).

This means that Fella has been wrongfully deceiving the public and misinforming them about the product she sells. Moreover, these products haven’t been approved by the FDA.

The latter part of the press release stated that, during questioning, Fella admitted that most of the drugs she was selling weren’t approved by the FDA.

The press release also stated that after her confession, she has since been granted bail and further updates on the issue will be provided soon.
