Gyakies ‘New Music’ drops this month.

Ghanaian songstress Jackline Acheampong, professionally known as Gyakie has announced to her fans about the release of her new project.

The R and B singer and Afro-fusion singer has wowed fans over the years with her melodious voice and creative works.

Gyakie stepped into the music scene in 2019 with her first single, “Love is Pretty”, a song which received positive critiques and laid the foundation to other hit songs.

Being from a musically inclined family, it’s no doubt that Gyakie has vast music talent which is not hard to see.

Gyakie, is the daughter of Nana Acheampong, the legendary Highlife musician, who's also the other half of the Lumba Brothers.

With songs like’ “Casanova”, “Odo Yarea” and his controversial “Naanka ɛbɛyɛ Dɛn”, Nana Acheampong graced the music scene with several legendary hit songs.

Gyakie is no stranger to hit songs. “Never Like This”, “Forever”, “Sor Mi Mu” featuring Bisa K’dei and “Rent Free” are few of Gyakies hits that have graced the music waves.

The Song Bird as she’s also called is about to drop her new song this month and fans are eagerly awaiting its release.

Announcing via her official X handle, Gyakie notified fans of her new release. “New music this month!!!”.

By her capitalization of the words and the exclamation marks, Gyakie is announcing something huge which screams ‘legendary’.
