Lil Win involved in a horrific accident.

Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as Lil Win has been involved in a car accident in the early hours of today.

The actor who also doubles as a movie producer recently premiered his first movie, A Country Called Ghana.

Lil Win has won several awards as an actor including the Favorite Actor at the Ghana Movie Awards in 2015.

A video making rounds on social media today saw Lil Wins customized car involved in a horrific accident.

Passers by could be seen moving Lil Win out of the car as he rested helplessly in their hands.

The incident happened at Amakom, a suburb of Kumasi.
