Sarkodie announces release date for upcoming mixtape.

Michael Owusu Addo popularly known in the entertainment fraternity as Sarkodie is set to drop his latest mixtape and Sark Natives can’t wait to hear the new sound.

The musician who also doubles as an entrepreneur has won many awards both locally and internationally. The BET Award winner is adjudged to be the fastest rapper in Africa and he has proven it with hit singles like; Lay Away, Illuminati, Saa Okodie No, Rap Attack, among others.

With over a 100 songs under his belt and with 110 awards won, Sarkodie has proven to be a legend in his craft and has proven himself worthy year after year and has cemented his name in the hearts of music lovers.

Sarkodie who is arguably the best rapper in Africa has numerous collaborations with both local and internationally based artistes.

With ten albums under his name, the No Fugazy hit maker is set to drop his latest mixtape titled The Championship mixtape. Sarkodie made this revelation via his official X page. He revealed that he decided to drop the mixtape for his fanbase and everything will be happening in real time. He also hinted on the release that for his much anticipated soon to be released mixtape. He tweeted; “Decided few days ago to drop a mixtape for Sark Nation! Tape drops 24 May. Could be earlier”.
